Every request we made, the staff at Lancashire Hall made happen. The "Courtesy Cart" of food was especially thoughtful and very much appreciated. We give Lancashire Hall 5 stars for outstanding care and compassion.
The Lancashire Hall staff did what they promised me. I came here wanting to feel safe when I go home and that's exacty how I feel. They greet you with a smile so how else can you respond but smile back. They got me back walking, doing stairs and moving about without feeling fear.
All the folks need to be commended for the care and attention they gave my mother during her stay at Lancashire Hall.
I'm writing to say thank you for the many ways you helped my father, Donald, while he was a temporary resident at Lancashire Hall. Your efforts to accommodate some of his special needs, the challenges that came with his routine healthcare and everything in between are not only appreciated very much (and even while part of your job there) but they are above and beyond the role you're required to play.
I want to thank all of you for accepting my brother Bill to your facility. It turned out we chose the best possible place for him. Everyone at Lancashire Hall accepted him and treated him with respect. He really liked working with Jo in physical therapy and she was a match made in heaven!! The social services people, especially Anna, were exceptional. Your facility should be ranked HIGH and I will tell everyone I know that it is a place to go if you need a special place for your loved one.
